    I returned my Z10 about a week ago, because it was rebooting 4-5 times a day... The new Z10 works perfectly, I have NO REBOOTS... so far.
    Here's the slight problem: I did not "remove" the old Z10 from BB Link before returning it. Instead, I went straight to AT&T, and the sales associate wiped it and gave me a new one. So I got home, set up my new Z10, and saw that on my Blackberry Link software, there are now 2 devices-- the old one, and the new one. There is a "remove device" option, but when I try to click on it, it tells me the following:
    "Device cannot be removed as it is associated with the current Blackberry ID."

    Next, I logged into my Blackberry Protect, but the old device was successfully removed from there... So it's only in BB Link...

    I've done some research on this, found a few people with the same problem; however, no solution. Anyone have any ideas?
