    Uninstall Link reboot your PC and reinstall Link.
    Have you rebooted your PC at all? What happens when you choose to sync?

    I gather Link is recognizing your device. If Link is not recognizing your device, do as Jaydee says, reboot your computer. Also make sure that the usb cord you are using is for data, not for just charging. There are some usb cords that cannot transfer data.
