    My friends Z10 rebooted the other day and now it keeps asking for his Blackberry ID. It will not accept his password and the screen pops up when he wakes the phone up and when he hangs up on call. All his email accounts seem to be working I'm not really sure what to think. Any ideas?

    FYI he is running stock Verizon software.

    Hi there I suggest he does a volume rocker reboot and try changing his bbid on bbry website on pc
