    I think the terms generally mean the same. I generally try deleting using Device Monitor. Its 4th Tab (along the top) has Storage. I scroll down to find the app I want to Delete (or uninstall) and Press/Hold on it. An option appears to DELETE. I do so. I think this cleans up more of the extra junk that might be created in folders for the app. But I'm not sure!

    Try this one

    In BlackBerry hub Put your finger on right top corner of screen, & swipe diagonally to the center of the screen about 3 to 4 times. It restarts BlackBerry hub.

    Hope this can help you out.
