I just got a new z10 and upgraded the software. Everything went fine for 2-3 days but then suddenly i found that the bbm and email account was not being showed in the BlackBerry hub n also the notifications of the other apps were not working. Later on i found out that ny contacts had disappeared n also when im trying to add a new contact, it does not get saved. Also the call list has disappeared and other new calls made are also not being shown. I tried to reset the BlackBerry hub many times and also tried restarting,rebooting and battery pull but the problem still exists.

Would be greatfull if someone could help me up on this issue .

Hi and welcome!
You have restarted the Hub? How about deleting and re-adding your email accounts. Sounds like they are not completely set up. Or not set up properly.

K thats not a big problem but the main thing is bbm notifications and the contacts - call list
