The other day I deleted about 6 phone calls from the hub. Then I noticed that almost all of the remaining stuff (phone calls, emails and texts) somehow disappeared! How did that happen? Or does the hub delete stuff automatically after a certain time period?

I suggest you begin by forcing the hub to restart and refresh. With Hub displayed hold the phone in portrait format and make 3 swipes from top right corner of the bezel, moving down and left to the center of the screen.

Thanks for replying. Tried your suggestion, but nothing was restored. Fortunately nothing was of any importance except the text/picture message. But I don't like the idea that you can delete email messages from your phone. Is there a way you can set it so the phone receives messages but cannot delete any. That is the domain of my computer absolutely. There are many messages I might want to hang on to on my computer but don't need them cluttering up my Hub. Do I have to use my computer to move them to a folder in my email account?

I think I've figured it out - I must have mistakenly held down the date divider line, then hit delete which would have deleted everything below that date. I think there needs to be a "are you sure you want to delete these 25 items" dialogue box here !! I don't think this device would be good powering anything in the operating room ... lol
