    I could be wrong but I believe the @carrier.blackberry address was a bis feature and there is no more bis with the Z10 so no more carrier address

    You can still use it for now... I think it will totally shut down in less than a year. If you have your Blackberry address forwarded to another of your personal email address it will work.

    I have actually read all threads regarding this subject as well as speaking with a store rep today and wanted to update this thread.
    If they are only going to support this for one year I decided not to bother.
    I liked the email from BIS as it was "professional" looking but I have gmail and will just have to use that.
