Or could it mean 4 weeks, I guess it's open to interpretation, but why say weeks if its 4 weeks and not a month?

LOL yes very much so "open to interpretation". Honestly, that could even mean 8 more weeks. In 8 weeks it will still be March. The end of March, but still March. I'm hoping for early March but I won't be surprised if that doesn't happen. AT&T are jerks.

It made me happy to see this, I also read an identical tweet about verizon, and another tweet about Sprint. The one for Sprint only said is was coming and did not mention weeks.
