How come Dr Dre can sell boatloads of mediocre headphones at an exorbitant price and BlackBerry can't sell an excellent operating system?

Answer: BlackBerry needs to stop being dorky and needs to get SEXY. Stop trying to be a player and be a PLAYA instead. Everyone knows how to sell to the public. The truth is in Dr Dre's Eye-catching ad for the new Beats speakers. You know, the one where not one description of the product is spoken, yet it will sell like Unicorn ***t. Come on BlackBerry, by lowering your moral standards, you'll make some serious dough. Just look at the latest Apple ad, if it weren't for the fact that there's an iPhone in every shot, I'd think that they were selling Tampons. Bottom line: just make the ads memorable, there's plenty of T&A about and catchy tunes.

And to the other poster saying yes it's ok to be disappointed if your phone doesn't have an app or game another platform has I agree with that statement.
