    How do I open the device manager n be able to update OS on BlackBerry Link 10, im struggling, im only able to play around with files, music pix, etc, I want to be able to use my phone as a modem etc

    There's no device manager, BlackBerry Link is a whole new thing, I don't even have it installed cz its a pain, slows down my mac, I update my OS over the air (system settings/ software update) on my device

    But anyway if u wanna use it download it from BlackBerry website before u plug ur phone to ur mac, I heard the version that comes on ur phone gives troubles, once u have it running should be easy to update ur phone, if u need more help just ask
