Hi guys. I just received this morning a software update. I have a Blackberry Z10,STL100-2, 10.2.1.3062? I just wonder, what's new in it? I have been waiting for the 10.3.1 software release which Blackberry had assumed would come late this year. Yet until now, nothing's coming. Not even any more news about it. What happened to their words that all Blackberry 10 devices would receive the 10.3.1 software update? Just wondering.

Year is not over yet. Wait for the Official OS.

Oh I see. I didn't see that description because I just let it roll out by itself,automatically. Haven't yet looked around my phone after the update. Just hoping it brings good changes to my Blackberry Z10. :-)

This update screwed up all my home screen bookmarks I had saved there. I had to delete all of them, redo them, and now when I tap on each bookmark, they all go directly to my Google home page. WTF??

So now every home screen bookmark I have doesn't go to the Web page that they were saved as.

Total fail.

Adding to the psychological effect, my android apps load faster, or so it seems. But I agree with the snappier feel of it. On one of the 10.2.1 leaks thread Thurask commented that all 10.2.1 OS's had the same app numbers, but that incremental numbers of the OS were more likely refinements to the Core OS rather than new things added. He knows more (a lot more) on that subject than I do so I'll take his word for it.

Get one of the auto loaders from this website. Then download it. Once you fully downloaded it to your computer. Extract it using win zip. Once it's done extracting. Open it. You will see a black box open up. Connect your device, it will ask you to input your password. Once you do that it will start loading. Wait until it's done. Bam. You now have a leak. Of course before you do this please do a back up of your phone just incase you run into issues you can always run back to your last working Os. Also this way you can load up your contacts once you load the latest os incase they don't transfer over.

New is (and this is the only difference I saw until now) that the front camera doesn't work any longer in the stock camera app. Camera++ can still use it.

10.3.3.1463 update for Z30 and Q10 trying to be installed.
At canadian corporate phone.

I suggest not to take the update.

A z30 and q10 user, (Corp. IT policy phone) have completley lost their bluetooth access.

On another Z30 and Q10 user, ther phone kept getting stuck in update mode.

I suggest you change your automatic update settings to MANUAL and turn off these automatic updates. As of now, the corp firm has no BES12 hardware upgrade options.

I suspect that the Z30 and Q10 are no longer being sold via BB or rogers/bell, hence they are trying to phase out these phones. THe one user called support and support said he has to upgrade the phone. I suspect IT is trying to get away from the BB brand and even corporate owned phones.

It is too bad, as I prefer the BB to the iphone or android apps like Good or mas360.
