I recently security wiped my BlackBerry z10. But since then, I found that a lot of apps previously available are not available anymore. For example, I cannot find dictionary.com or Songza in BlackBerry World. When I try to access it using crackberry articles like "Best apps for your BlackBerry 10", it says that these apps are not available for your device.
What's wrong here?

Os version: 10.2.1.3247
Reason for wipe: huge battery drain and no Internet access to android apps. These problems cropped up after updating to 3247.
And no, I did not restore as I thought it will bring back the problems. Using a fresh install.

Do a restore, usually with it, comes some essentials and what not.

And if .3247 is giving you problems, you should go back down to the one that was working in the first place, usually updates like those only have so many benefits to offer.

I finally got android apps to work.. battery looks better too.. it's more like a lucky draw.. it's like every security wipe will churn our different results!

Honestly, we can both agree that at this time, things are unpredictable of what can happen, but with a restore, I can diagnose your problem from point zero rather then going out on a limb and trying to assume what your problem is.

I can tell you this though, nothing but good comes from a good ol' restore!
