    When will the 10.3 update be available in the UAE. My Z10 still shows 10. 2.1.2977...

    10.3 is actually not officialy released yet. The earliest we will see it is september, and that is only for the new BlackBerry Passport, sporting a quad-core processor, more RAM and a beastly GPU. The software update for all the existing BlackBerry smartphones with BB10 on them (Z10/30/3, Q10/5), 10.3.1, is going to arrive together with the launch of the BlackBerry Classic, due to some 'hardware improvements' they still have to implement in the software, but don't expect that many changes as to 10.3. What you can do, is installing a leak, like I have on my Z10, but there are risks involved. So, or you stick with the latest 10.2.1 update and wait to about November, or install the latest of leaks available for your version of the Z10. Cheers!

    Guys could you help me out...I just bought a new Q10 and on checking the software it states it is on version 10.1.0.2030. I pressed the check for updates to get the new 10.2.1 as it is in my Z10 and it shows me that I have the latest version

    Is there a way to download the 10.2.1 version and force it accept the new version...Thanks !!!

    You can either download Sachesi and install the update manually

    Enter the country code and enter the carrier code and then search the update (instruction given on the above link) .

    Or

    Autoloader for 10.2.1

    Note:
    1]You need to use windows PC to use autoloader . Also autoloader formats your phone .
    2] Be sure to backup in the both cases
    3] lastly do not Disconnect the device while in update process.
