Main difference is what network you want to use it on. -1, -2, -3 are all GSM whereas the -4 is primarily CDMA, but also GSM.

The -1 has a different SoC and is not LTE capable.

The best z10 model would be the one that's fully compatible with your carrier's frequencies.

Doesn't the stl1 use a different cpu or gpu?

STL1 has TIOMAP 4470 and PowerGR (don't remember it's certain number) inside, as long as STL234 has Snapdragon S4+ and Adreno 225 on board. STL1 has sightly better GPU, but STL234 processor is a bit better.

The 100-3 is the best... because it runs on my network. Are we there yet?

STL100-3 but more specifically RFK121LW as it has the most number of radios and it is the perfect world phone. It has quad band LTE, quad band HSPA+ and quad band GSM.
All other models have Triband HSPA+

Stl100-1 has better gpu but a bit slower cpu on the other hand it has fm radio capability however each model is best at its own way.

You're partially correct... STL100-3 RFK121LW is quad band HSPA+ which will work pretty much anywhere you go. but both STL100-2 and 3 are both Quad band LTE but operate on different LTE bands.
STL100-2 Operates on LTE band 800/900/1800/2600Mhz while STL100-3 operates on 700/850/1700/1900.

All I can say is my STL100-2 has had minimal issues.

I can also say that while visiting these forums often it appears the STL100-1 is by far the worst when it comes to issues whether it is battery, other hardware or software.

If 01 is London, the one sold in UK then it uses TI chip and is faster loading games etc. The rest are qualcomm and other than radio bands differences there is nothing else.
