I was going to try to explain, but this seemed better than me trying to type it out.
How to transfer music and videos to my Blackberry 10?
You could always just plug it into your computer and then drag and drop any music files you have to your device. That's what I do, it's much easier than syncing with Link or anything else.
Get a micro SD card. Drag and drop all you music folders onto the card. Plug card into phone. Done.
To build on mrcanoe's reply I have a wireless network in my home and the link software does a nice job of syncing my computer library to my Z10. You need to make sure your windows media player (or iTunes), is chosen in the link settings as the library that has your media files. So far has worked flawlessly for me.

when I drag and drop, all the music saves under unknown artist.
Even when I have the folders for those artist. is this right?
how can I drag and drop and also have tabs for the artist in the music app?
anyone know
Copy over wifi connection. Turn on your sharing over wifi option in settings and you can browse by \\(phonename) by typing that into your run or search command from your computer and then just drag and drop.

You know artist, title, year, etc. come from the file itself and not from folders, right?
Same that's what I do to.
