    Hello,

I'm hoping I can get some advice on using VOIP on a Z10. I ordered a Z10 on Black Friday (Still waiting!!), and would like to switch from Sprint to the $30/month T-Mobile plan. It comes with unlimited date (5GB of LTE), unlimited text, but only 100 minutes of talk time. I'd like to have my calls forwarded to something like Google Voice or any other VOIP app so that I don't go over my minutes. So, here are my questions:

    1) Is there a native BB10 app that will work well for this?

    2) If no to the above question, have people had success getting Google Voice to work? Will it be stable enough to be used as my primary phone? I don't want something that'll crash all the time.

    3) How data intensive are VOIP programs? Will this even work with a 5GB cap on my 4G/LTE data?

    4) Has anyone had success with what I'm trying to do?

    5) Why the hell hasn't my Z10 arrived yet? (rhetorical question - no answer needed)

And feel free to answer any questions that I've neglected to ask.

    Thanks!

    Josh from Los Angeles

Voip is data intensive. Lots of programs out there that do it. Search 'voip' in Bbw and you'll see a Lot. Bria and Taki are nice native apps but you need a sip account. If you're willing to sideload then vonage is good. If you can use wifi where possible, then go for it. But with regular needs for data plus voip be careful with 5 gb.
