I hear pre-orders are high in k-w (I'm in town too) so I'd go early as well... getting the phone shouldn't be a problem, but if there's lots of people, then getting the transaction done with the clerks might take longer.

I'm in the same area as well. Initially i had just worried about stock, but he makes a good point that you might have to wait awhile for a rep to get to you. They open at 930, so im sure if you are there at 9 you should be fine.
