    Hi I have heard that to improve battery it is best to let it full discharge until its dead and has no charge and then fully charge it - not let it get to under 10% and then charge it back up

    What do you think is best

    Charge Lithium ion batteries at 20% if you want them to last longer. Charging them from dead is hard on them.
