Quick question to those of you on Bell and that have VVM in the hub.
I'm just wondering if it was just there when you booted up the phone or if there was an app you downloaded, or it was included in a OS update, or if something else happened
I'm just trying to figure out why Rogers/Fido still do not yet have VVM if BlackBerry has already done the heavy lifting.
It's included in the phone app. Once your account is provisioned it just shows how as a new tab.

I'm discussing visual voicemail which is in the hub not the speed dial for the voicemail.

I showed how it comes up in the phone app. You can see the 3 tabs all, missed and vvm. That's where you play the files. It also shows that same list of files in the hub. It all automatically shows up though when your account is provisioned.
The reason why it doesn't work for Rogers/Fido is because they don't have their backend set up properly. Like the other poster said, works fine on Bell. I'm on Virgin and works perfectly
I'm on Bell and I don't see that Tab? I take it VVM is different from Message Center?
You need to install Visual Voicemail from the Setup app. Once installed you'll see it in the Hub. I'm not absolutely certain, but Bell may charge $5 per month for this feature. However, I don't recall ever being billed for it on my 9900. Wondering if, someone can clarify if there's a monthly charge or not.
