Behavior during calls.

I am looking for some help. I haven't discovered how to adjust my in call behavior. For example, I would like an alert when I am in a call of a text or BBM, I use to be able to have those alerts and I could make adjustments in my settings on all other BB's. I also have not been able to figure out how to click over during a call and return to the previous call. If any one could give me some assistance I'd appreciate it. :huh::confused:

I think this is part of the 'profiles' options that everyone is complaining that is missing. I've seen no settings like this, yet.
