    I've had to change devices a few times due to getting several defective phones, and to my luck I have another one. Lol my phone power off 4 times today and my BBM has a 10 second delay before launching. Now I am actually a fan of the z10 just want a phone that's not buggy or defective. Anyone else have this issue, my guess probably not since this is unusual to happen so many times.
