My bbm wont start it asks me to set it up!!
And after I chose to set up bbm it just keeps loading forever
I still get notifications in the hub tho but I cant open them , help plz

Try to reload the os, security wipe then don't login to your bbid during setup, login when you're asked to on bbm setup

Happened to me last week. Ended up reinstalling the os.

Seems to happen if you loaded BBM Channels before the wipe. I could only get mine working by reinstalling Channels.

9700 > 9900 > Z10

Yes, if you had the BBM with channels you will have to go back to Beta Zone and re install from there.

A bit of time since the last correspondence on this topic but I have a new finding. This BBM setup issue just happened to my wife's Z10 today. I tried restarting it, pulling battery, holding up and down buttons, and then gave up. Came back 6 hours later and shut phone off by holding top middle button. When the phone restarted and I opened bbm it said "setup complete " and she was back in business. Weird.
