    Happy New Year everyone!

I bought my dad a Z10 for Christmas and my mom a Q10. They both love them. I have a Z10. One curious issue with my dad's Z10 though: BBM video does not seem to work. We are all on AT&T and they are both on wifi in their house. I have done BBM video with my mom perfectly and we have used it extensively over the holidays. However, we cannot get my dad's to work. They do not have 4G LTE in their town but like I said, they are on wifi in their house and my mom's Q10 does BBM video flawlessly over wifi. Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.

I am on 1925 and they are both on the previous leak; 1259. I was hesitant to put them on the latest leak without trying it myself for a while. I will have him try the hard reboot and report back.

Just tried the hard reboot and no change. Still cannot initiate a BBM on his Z10.

I am having the same problem on .1925 and my wife on .1259. BBM Video/Voice will only work when I am on wifi. I can be on LTE and still not have the ability to use this feature. The last time i can remember it working was when i was on .1055. Granted it may be that ATT has changed something. I am glad I'm not the only one. Now to figure out why and if we can fix it.

The weirdest part is that both my parents are on the same wifi with my mom's Q10 doing BBM video fine and my dad's Z10 will not. Unfortunately, while I was there over the holidays, I did not test my Z10 on their wifi. I wish I had now.

My dad will be in a 4G area Wednesday so we will try that and I will report the results once completed.

Check this out. Go into bbm, swipe from the top and go to settings. If you scroll down you will see the option for Allowing BBM calls over mobile networks. For me the option is grayed out. It shouldn't be since ATT is allowing video chat over mobile networks.

I checked his phone and Allow BBM calls over mobile networks is turned on. I had him turn it off and then back on and still no difference. Good thought though.

Update: My dad was in a 4G area earlier today and the camera icon on BBM turned green indicating he could do video calls. So now I know the feature works, it just seems like it does not want to work on their home wifi. My mom's Q10 seems to work fine on both 4G and the home wifi so I am stumped. I am not near them so I cannot test my Z10 on their wifi. Anymore ideas out there?

On Friday i reinstalled with the 1926 radio. I did not do a restore. When I go into bbm settings, the bbm calls over mobile network is available. During that time I do not get a green icon for anyone who is always available for a voice/video call. Within 5 minutes the toggle becomes greyed out. If i reboot the phone the same thing happens. I have had this feature work in the past. I know it definitely worked with .1055. Anyone have any ideas before I decide to restore my data and call it a bust?
