I dont know how to do a video call on bbm.
Not having the video icon beside a contact please help...

Does the person you're trying to call have a BB10 phone? If they have a legacy BlackBerry or any other type of phone, you can't video call through BBM...YET.

If they're on another platform and have the latest BBM, you should see a green icon in the top right hand corner of your chat for voice calls, however.

Yea my friend has bbm installed on android .
There is no green icon in the top right corner.

You can make a voice call to your Android friend but not video. They must have the most recent BBM app for voice, and be on Wifi I believe.

Funny on the call icon. I see it on one daughter with her ipad but not the other on her android, which is why I was looking at bbm posts to begin with. Any thoughts on that?


Well I guess I should have read the rest of the posts. I'll make sure it is updated and see what happens.

BlackBerry 10 device to BlackBerry 10 device

Voice calling works for:
Android
iOS
BlackBerry 10
BlackBerry OS
