    I did the update through AppWorld. Now, if I try to use BBM, I get a message that says "BBM has lost its connection. Please wait while server attempts to reconnect" It never reconnects. I have rebooted my device and it still doesn't work.

    Connect it to chrome bb10 plug-in on your computer and you will be able to delete from there.

    I got an error and the BBM update froze when I tried to update this morning. I shut down the Z10 and rebooted. BBM update then downloaded and installed without error.

    I did a wipe and reloaded the OS. Now, I'm restoring my data. And I will NOT be updating my BBM!!!

    I had that issue - I exited the app and restarted it. Worked fine.

    Worst case - do a hard reset... it should come up fine.

    I've tried everything (reboot, battery pull etc..) except reloading the OS. Waiting to hear back from OP if reloading the OS worked or not...

    While I haven't haven't had any of these errors, the whole "plug in to a pc to fix an error" is a bit of a drag. Are the otger phone brands the same?

    Updated BBM this morning on my Torch 9860 and it now will not connect to WiFi. Uninstalled BBM & reinstalled it with small results. Then did the whole nine yards of reregistering, deleting & resending books & 2 battery pulls & still no WiFi. Does anyone know if BlackBerry BIS is down today?

    I "left it alone" for hours with no change.




    I am now back to my old version of BBM. I did a wipe, reloaded OS and restored an earlier backup. It was a pain to have to do it, but it worked.
