I've noticed when receiving BBM pictures that an error message is noted beside the pictures saying "Picture Transfer Encountered an Error". Even though this message appears the picture is received on my z10. Anyone having this issue. For a note it's been happening with a BBM contact on T-Mobile and I'm not sure it 's there network. All other contacts don't have that issue.

Getting it too. Happens when I request a high quality image from the sender. Never used to happen before. Just noticed it in the last two days

As this post has been relegated to the back, I thought I would bring it back around as this is really annoying. I can't request high quality images of pictures sent to me via BBM cos it always gives the error message "transfer encountered error". I do not knot if its because of the update or there's an error with BBM. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

I'm getting this too - so does anyone have an answer (joe_23?). I'm getting the error when sending images...'Picture transfer encountered an error' and these are not even high res images!

maybe that's the minor effect of the asia pac's BBM issue.. but it will settle soon I believe, just before the BB Live.
