    My sisters z10 bbm display picture will not change,she is with bell. They suggested security wipe,anyone have a problem like this?

    I have had that problem. Sometimes it can take a long time to sync with the server.

    Don't wipe the phone because of that; that's a pretty drastic move. Perhaps she can roll back the installed version of BBM?

    What is it? Your sisters BBM contacts can't see her new picture?
    Tell them to send a couple of test messages to each other.

    I wouldn't start wiping the phone for any little problem, it could be due to many other things like he says above.

    Roll back? I'm not to technical so not sure how to do that. My sister also never backs anything up,so I know she doesn't want to lose her contacts.i think she will have to start backing up

    Rolling back in this case means installing an older version of the BBM app.

    Backing up your device is pretty much the only way you can be guaranteed to be able to get your contacts back if, for some reason, they're ever lost. It's fundamental and has to be done.

    ^THIS. Always try a hard boot first. If that doesn't work, backup, wipe and reload!
