    Hey Guys,

I'm running 10.2.0.1725 on my Z10 and today after receiving a BBM message I noticed that the red "spark" on the BBM Icon on the home screen was still lit. I've tried everything to clear it, it won't go away.

I've acknowledged or deleted all chats, groups, updates, etc, rebooted the phone gracefully and with battery pull, sent and received new messages, it just won't go away.

Suggestions? I really don't feel like wiping the OS to clear it.

Badmouth? Sorry, Lost you there buddy. Not badmouthing anyone or anything, just looking for some help!

To answer your question, no, I did not install BBM Channels, I am running the version of BBM that was packaged in 10.2.0.1725. My main reason for not running BBM Channels is that I don't want to lose the dark theme.

Sorry my bad. I'm tired and misread title as BBM notifications stuck. Sorry about that

But you might have to install BBM channels.
