    My bbm notification no longer shows in the hub. There is no option for it in settings.
    My bbm app doesn't show the red spark either.
    This has been since the update that i did using a Vodafone sim.
    Has anyone else got this issue?

    Restart the Hub, if that doesn't work, restart your phone!

    Swipe 5 times diagonally when your in your hub. From the top right and at a 45 degree angle.

    Hey true. The hub did not have any bbm option which was the weird thing. So i was stuck.
    Since then I've performed a security wipe and the issue has been resolved and i've kept the update.
    It was a bit of a pain setting the phone up again but I'm happy it's working properly again!

    I have the same issue now, tried reinstalling BBM (different versions) and it didn't help, I'm not really looking forward to performing a wipe or reinstalling the OS :/ Any other ideas?

    I had this issue a well. I fixed it by logging in o mu old BlackBerry, after it asks to transfer your bbm account. I then did the sam on my new BlackBerry and now have my bbm back in the hub
