Evidently the folks over at FB are planning their own "e-money" service which jogged my memory on a Blackberry initiative called BBM Money for Indonesia.

What ever happened to that? I thought it was a good money making endeavor but the company needs to move before Facebook steals the thunder with their 1bn + users.

Blackberry is huge Indonesia and other developing countries, create a competing product with an already devoted user base that values privacy before FB clubs us all.

I know Mr. Chen is a busy man but these types of opportunities can help get Blackberry back to a positive consumer facing company.
