    Ever since a few if my users installed 10.1.4181 on their z10s their BBM is having an issue with notifications. They simply don't work. No beep, light indicator or no star on the BBM icon itself when a new message comes in. Have checked all notification setting and everything looks alright. Wiped one phone and no luck. Any thoughts? Thanks

    If you have access to beta zone try installing the latest version of BBM channels. That has solved many issues for a lot of folks.
