Hello,
I've been using BBM since I have my Blackberry Z10, it was working perfectly. But one day, I woke up, and when I wrote to a friend, I had a red cross instead of the blue D (sent) and green R (read) (Don't know if it's in french or letters are the same if you have your phone in english). And when I want to read past conversations, I've got a message that I have to setup BBM or cancel, and if I press on Configuration, I've got an other message that the connexion is impossible, that I need a data plan in order to use BBM.
I've been using it since the beginning so I don't know why suddenly, without changing any settings, it doesn't work anymore.
Anyone knows ?

I've had this happen to me as well. Shutting down and restarting fixes the problem.
