First of all, welcome to the crackberry forums!

As for your query, Blackberry10 is still being worked on fast and furious, with several updates cued to come down the pipes in the next few months. I have no doubt that the option to fine tune some of these notifications will come down the line, but at the moment we just need to work with what we've got!
