Not even after resetting the device?
It has been noticed, in a few cases, that it can take a little longer for BBM pictures from iOS and Android devices to populate on other contacts devices.
yah my buddy saw my phone and he said "why do u have that pic? I changed it 2 weeks ago" and thats when I found out I'm not getting any dp changes.
