    i am facing terrible time in shifting all the BBM contacts from 9900 to Z10.
    i can see all the BBM contacts without sim in z10 but as soon as i put sim card in z10 :smileysad: :smileysad: all gone
    it is horrible.
    how much i have waited for this phone and not it behaves as if i should throw it away.
    can someone help??
