    would appreciate your help, guys!

    got z10, setup for a while all is fine . all works except bbm right now - whenever launch it check for bbm connection with server and log in for a while then get error lost bbm connection to server does anyone has any advice and i feel has well my os is acting up for some reason IG don"t work anymore neither

    Do you have the BlackBerry symbol in the corner of your device? If you don't you aren't connected to BlackBerry Data Services (mainly BBM and Protect), and will need to register your berry. Settings - About - Network - Overflow - Register Network.

    The symbol is there am register but it keeps bbm has lost its connection please wait while sever attempts to reconnect message it sucks

    yes same thing still doing the same i will try to installed a leak os to see if its gone a resolve the issue
