    I just ran into this problem yesterday. Whenever I send a message in BBM, after I hit enter it automatically scrolls up to the top of the conversation. I have no idea why or what triggered it. I haven't installed any new apps. I have done restarts and even a battery pull (first time I do that with this phone)

    I also have another person on my BBM list that has this problem... seems like we got it at the same time.

    Anyone have an idea on what could be wrong?

    A contact on my list just told me the same thing.

    But after deleting the conversation and start again it work I guess

    I have this happen occasionally when I receive a new message. I back out of that particular conversation then go back in and I am back at the newest message, but it is frustrating.

    Yeah if I back out and come back it goes to the bottom again... I tried ending the chat but after I sent a message it did it again... could it have anything to do with me having save chat history enabled?


    Yeah but I guess it could be something on blackberry's end... since it all started happening at the same time... hopefully they have a fix for it soon.

    It's just because the chat has reached its message limit. I didn't know there was one before but I had the same problem with one of my contacts.

    I ended up having to clear all saved chats and it solved the problem. It was pretty frustrating.
