    I have a problem now.
    I did reload OS with Autoload, but I did not delete my phone from bbid. Because I can't access that BBID at all.
    My device works good, but I can't sign in with a new BBID.
    Because the device asks for that BBID with which thedevice was set up. It says (login with the blackberry ID used to configure the device).
    Is there a solution?

    Maybe a third party application?

    Only solution is to get in contact with BlackBerry. No other way.
