Are you trying to delete all your data from the phone? Use security wipe in Setting/Security and Privacy

I presume he has the error on the screen much like pre OS 10 have the App Error 507 on the screen and not able to access the device at all. Might be able to load using an autoloader. I don't think it requires the connection to Link just the drivers which are already installed. Since your data is already gone as far the device goes, an autoloader may be your only hope at this time.

I, too, noticed that the Autoloaders are rather large and on my dsl connection, they take quite some time. If you have data capacity on your phone plan, maybe you can download it there, then copy to computer???
