hello pinoys out there! i need your help about BBCHAT99 in globe subscription. kaka-switch ko lang po kasi sa z10 and before i was using BB9900 and naka register sya sa BBCHAT99 ng globe. nung nilagay ko na sa new phone ko(bbz10) ayaw na po gumana nung BBCHAT99 ko, gumagana lang BBM ko pag naka connect sa wifi. sino po expert dito baka matulungan nyo ako. salamat!

Because bbchat99 and all other bis promos don't work on BlackBerry 10 anymore. BlackBerry 10 doesn't support BIS.

Suggest changing your plan to unlisurf 999

The most cheap promo you can get is bbmax, which is for some, not recommended to use (I don't know why they don't want to use it)

Bbmax is hit and miss. It will work for some, pero others reported that it didn't work for them. Dunno the reason for that.

It didn't work for me, so di ko sya massuggest for you. pero si pinaka foolproof plan for you is the 999 surf. It's worth it for the Z10, para mas lalo mo maenjoy.

Bbchat doesn't work anymore with BlackBerry 10 devices, it's like a regular smartphone now, like android and ios. You have to use powersurf or supersurf or wifi to use bbm
