BB10 server disappoint me
In previous versions after activation all settings back:
Profiles and ring settings, keyboard shortcuts Arrange icons, screen saver and more ..

BB10 makes the separation of work& personal area- I do not want this!
Business will not let me install programs and private not allow backup from server
work area setting not resore as was on 5. as an example:
Contacts Favorites
Folders that sync to the exchange
Ringtones
Arrange Icons
Etc. ..

Am I missing something?

Are you talking about BES10? If so than no, nothing could ever restore that except for your IT department. They can also control what is allowed installed work side or not. You can install personal side, but don't expect them so be avaliable work side.

And if your running 10.1 you can import OS5/6/7 settings from Blackberry Protect granted you have a backup on the server.
