    After backing up my sisters phone, we tried to reload the factory settings (which I had done with my z10 before). However, after reloading the factory settings a bb10-0015 error appeared on my sisters z10.

    I have tried to reinstall the factory settings and reboot the phone through the BlackBerry Link with no luck.

    Can someone please help me? Is there any way to reload the software and fix the error?

    On PC, kill link, blackberry desktop software and then go to task manager and kill any BlackBerry or link processes.

    Take the battery out the phone and disconnect from USB. On the PC, launch the autoloader. Plug in phone via USB to PC. Once the autoloader has connected to your phone slap the battery back in and let it finish.
