I have problem with my Z10, it will stuck on 9% while it booting up, i have reload the os and wipe, but there is no progress, my z10 still stuck on BB logo. i try some OS 10.3.1.2244 10.3.1.2743 10.3.2.500, it still on stuck. there is any idea for me. what i must to do, change the battery is important? im so confused

Otherwise you should Try too hook it ik to your pc go into preferentiebeleid right upper corner
Reibstall software. And that should do the triick better than every method I ever used

I have been update to 10.3.2.500, and restart phone taking a few minutes. I'm wondering that BlackBerry circle is not moving and shown updating software! You may to be waiting because of 10.3.2.500 huge file loading on device.

Start Link. Hook your phone to your pc.
Now you will see in the right corner at the top of the screen preferences?

Click that one and then you'll get a dropmenu chose Reload or reinstall or whatever it is. That will help normally
