    Hi
    I have a blackberry Z10 phone which making me a troubleee.It does not turn onn. nothing happens when battery is insertedd..
    But when plugged in a constant red light glows for some time and turns off ..When i click the power button the light comes on again but does not switch on
    PLease help me!!!

    This just happen out of the blue, or this some device you pull out of a drawer after five year or just bought?


    Try other cables and chargers
    Look at the stack charging process for the PlayBook (easy to find with a search)

    If it were the OS, should be an error message... but you could try an autoloader.

    Might be the battery if your willing to invest that much in it, but could be the charging port or other things.
