    This issue started this morning, and I am on Verizon service

    I open my browser, the default page is Google. I am unable to type in an entry for search. I am also unable to type in a URL and command it to go to that URL.

    None of my bookmarks work.

    Facebook, twitter work fine. The issue occurs when I am in 4G and also on the home Wi Fi

    Verizon issue or BlackBerry? Resolution?

    Did you just update to 10.2.1 or are you on 10.2?

    I had to hit reload several times while a page was trying to load after today's update. Started working.

    BlackBerry Since 2006. BB Z10,10.2.1 Official. Rogers Halifax, NS

    I have not updated to 10.2 but just now noticed that 10.2 is available. I have been on 10.1 all day.

    What do I need to know?

    10.1?!! Wow, yeah this was an issue for some back in April. Here's the solution for some.
    1. Go to the browser and delete history and cookies
    2. Disable and re enable cookies
    3. TYPE www.google.com/?t into the address bar, be sure to manually type it not copy and paste.
    4. Press enter, back to normal!

    Let me know if it still doesn't work.

    Also the new update is 10.2.1, you should definitely get it. 10.1 is officially 2 OS' ago.
