    Hi,

    I updated Z10 Software to 10.2.0.424. a few weeks later, there was new uptade about BB World. When i accept update, i got an error message before complate update. Than, BB world is not working now. The message is (There is BB connection problem. BB worl must be closed".

    How can i solve that problem?

    Just go to the BlackBerry World again. It will be resolved the second time you go in. I encountered the same problem earlier, but no big deal.

    You can also try to get into BlackBerry World by Opening the Music App.... click the three dots at the bottom right and click BlackBerry World...That should work I suppose!
