Ever since the last update 10.2.1, I noticed something w/ my battery life...
The next day after the update, my charging stops at 84% then the 2nd day after the update until today, my charging stops at 78% & my phone drains really fast...
I really need your help!

Some have reported issues with the battery indicator and not the battery itself. That said 10.2.1 has more features, and these do seem to affect battery life for many.
Some have reported that draining the battery completely, then pulling it out for a few hours. Then allowing it to charge fully with no interruption would allow it to recalibrate the sensors. Others have said that it required a wipe.... and others suggest a full reload of the OS.

I have to agree, I have done everything and anything to improve Battery life , but no joy, I am very appreciative of all the new features, but I would of hoped for some sort of improvement on Battery life with the z10, for example, left work at 5pm around 5:45 I was down to 60% now the phone was taken off of charge around 445 pm so I think that is pretty bad the only app that was running was music that was on the train, now reading could there be a bug with this release, my battery time was never this bad, if there is a bug, would be best to roll back the update or could you,
one more thing the battery has been tested and it's fine, so any thoughts
