Not able to open BB World on my Z10. This is the fourth day in a row this has happened. I am unable to purchase or upgrade any apps. This should make app developers unhappy. When will this be fixed? I contacted my phone company Koodo, and they confirmed that the service from BlackBerry is down.

Open your Music folder. Tap the 3 periods in the lower-right corner. Tap BlackBerry World on the tools menu. Watch in amazement as BBW opens. This will fix the problem.

Thanks, it works, I updated all of my apps. How did you run across this fix, I was on the phone for an hour with Koodo and BB. Plus I had searched the fourms.

You are welcome. There are probably 6 to 8 threads here on CrackBerry about this problem. I can't claim the fix I only read about it on several of those threads. You can also use the Games app to do the same fix.
