OK I updated my BlackBerry Link 4 months ago, before then I had done a back up of my z10 running 10.2.0, now I'm on 10.2.1 and I need that back up, since the new BlackBerry Link update I could not find the back up on it but surely my back up files must be lying somewhere on my mac right? How do I get them and do the back up?

I think the backup files either start with BB or maybe BBB, search for files with those names. Good luck.

Sorry, I had it wrong. They END in a BBB file extension

example:

BLACKBERRY-Z10 (01-08-2014).bbb
