Hi all,
I have bought an iphone 6 and an ipad and was wondering if there is such an app that will connect them in the same way that BB link does my 9900 and Playbook?
If anyone knows of such an app please post the name and location to obtain it from.

You would do better to check on iMore for such information.
I never had a 9900 nor a pb. How do they connect and what does it do? i.e. to transfer files or airplay music?

There is a tool called Bridge. If you've heard about Blend then you know what Bridge did essentially. Only between BBOS devices and the PlayBook, by BlueTooth so range was far, far less and didn't do as much as Blend does.

If it's similar to blend, per Richards description , like sharing files between devices, then have you looked at iOS' built in Airdrop? That hand-off you linked isn't available until Yosemite come out, which won't release for another two weeks. Meanwhile, with Airdrop, you can share anything between your iPhone and iPad on any app that has a share button.

It works for BlackBerry 10 devices and the PlayBook, as well.
